Purpose of Processing
We collect and use your personal data for different purposes, depending on who you are and how we come into contact with you:
- Client administration: contact information, ID, payment. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) b/f and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Case management: relevant information necessary for your case. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) b/f.
- Third parties and opposing parties: Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) f and art. 9 (2) f for special categories of data.
- Criminal convictions and offences: Legal basis: GDPR art. 9 (2) f.
- Archiving of cases: legal obligation.
- Invoicing: contact and payment information. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) b/f.
- Marketing and newsletters: name, email. Legal basis: consent under the Marketing Act § 15.
- Potential clients: contact information. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) f.
- Knowledge management: document reuse. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) f.
- Recruitment: application, CV, assessments. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) b/a.
- Security: logs and incidents. Legal basis: GDPR art. 6 (1) f.
Information via Contact Forms
Your name, email, phone number, and any address information are sent via email and stored with our email provider.

We use cookies for analytics and website improvement. With your consent, we use:

Collects anonymised statistics. Data may be transferred to Google servers outside the EU/EEA. Used for analytics and website improvement.
